No locked contracts, surprise fees, or cancellation hoops. Here is exactly how your Big Dealio membership, billing, and account control work from day one.
The 7-day test drive
Your free trial begins the moment you activate your account. You get full, unrestricted access to all three bundled tools: your deals on SaleScroller, customer referral campaigns in BragAbout, and your WooHoo Website setup. You will not be charged a single penny before day 7. We send an automated email reminder 48 hours before your trial ends so you always know when your first billing cycle is scheduled.
Simple monthly billing
Membership renews automatically once every 30 days on your signup date. We bill a single unified invoice covering all three services to your credit or debit card on file. Each transaction generates an itemized PDF receipt sent directly to your account email with complete tax breakdown, transaction identifiers, and timestamp records for straightforward bookkeeping.
How to cancel in under two minutes
You can cancel your subscription at any time without calling a representative, navigating retention prompts, or paying penalty fees. Head directly to your account dashboard settings and tap “Cancel Membership,” or send a quick note to info@thebigdealio.com. You will receive an immediate automated confirmation email, and your card will never be billed again.
Refunds & proration
When you cancel, your access to SaleScroller, BragAbout, and your WooHoo Website management remains fully active through the end of your prepaid billing window. We do not issue partial-month refunds for unused days, but you will retain full administrative access and customer data exports until that final day closes.
